We adopt a collaborative approach in delivering our workforce planning services by applying a pragmatic and a practical approach to learning. Our focus is on our clients ultimately becoming self-sufficient. 

Sally co-authored this toolkit in conjunction with the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council. 

This toolkit serves to guide organisations in the community service sector in implementing a workforce plan. It includes clear explanations of the workforce planning process and a series of customisable templates, along with checklists and fact sheets to accompany each step.

Throughout the Toolkit suggestions are provided on how workforce planning and development can be integrated within essential human resource management (HRM) tasks. There are a series of accompanying fact sheets, templates and checklists to support HRM practice in key areas.
