Sally Morris (Beecroft)

Sally has many years’ experience at a senior level in both the for profit and not for profit sectors. Her responsibilities have included managing small to large teams across a wide variety of industries from hospitality to Vocational Education and Training (VET).

Sally specialises in workforce planning and development, tender and grant preparation, human resource support, training and professional development along with business development and strategic planning and growth.

Sally has had the opportunity to present on projects at national and international conferences allowing her to showcase the Territory with a focus on VET and Indigenous employment.

Sally has traveled across the breadth of the Territory to many regions and Territory communities in her varied roles.

Through Sally’s extensive experience, she understands the challenges faced by small to medium business and works with people on a personal level to find suitable solutions.Sally's qualifications include:

Masters of International Management
Double Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, and Training Design and Development
Diploma of Management (Human Resources)
Certificate IV in Frontline Management
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Andrew Beecroft

Andrew has worked for 27 years as an industrial chemical and cleaning specialist providing technical support, information and training.

He is an excellent communicator with a strong ability to adapt to diverse situations. He has a highly driven personality and is able to inspire others to become part of a winning team. He also understands that learning involves formal, informal and online solutions, and that organisational capability can be designed by successfully integrating business, work and learning processes.

Andrew is passionate about building relationships and finds deep satisfaction in working with workshop participants to achieve their goals.
