Crest NT developed the Care for Career program in partnership with the National Priority Fund to address workforce shortages in the aged care and disability sector in the Northern Territory.
The Program aims to educate and support both job seekers and employers and develop a local pipeline to employment.
Part of the program is to support candidates into Community Care roles. That can look like paying for National Police Checks, Working with Children Clearances, First Aid & CPR and the NDIS Clearances We can also support providers with doing initial checks on candidates (references and qualifications).
The program is completely free for Community Care providers to participate.
