The Regional, Rural and Remote Home Care Workforce Support Program is an Australian Government initiative aimed at addressing workforce shortages in the aged care sector —particularly in regional, rural, and remote communities of the Home Care Sector.
In the Northern Territory, Crest NT was proudly awarded the grant to deliver this important program. Our focus is on helping aged care providers across the Territory to recruit, develop, and retain dedicated personal care workers who play a vital role in supporting older Australians in support at home.
Running through to 30 June 2027, the program offers hands-on support to strengthen your workforce — whether it’s help with recruitment and retention strategies, or providing skills development tailored to your team’s needs.
The program is completely free for Aged Care Home Care providers to participate.
