Particularly in the world of Disability and Aged Care, we often find ourselves with conflicting priorities and in particular the need to ‘manage in the moment’ as unknowns arise. This interactive Master Class provides you with practical tools, effective techniques and your very own workbook of resources. The training supports you to set meaningful goals, with realistic plans to achieve them, guides you on how to prioritise tasks, manage time pressures, achieve work commitments and improve productivity.
Skill sets and techniques include: Analysing your time use, prioritising your daily workload, ‘Urgent vs Important’, communicating your work plan to others, dealing with procrastination and managing successful delegation.
